Buying a Home/Rental Property in 2021/2022

Thoughts?

I live in Vegas, been looking to buy my first Home/Rental Property but everything seems sky high!!!

I like value and I just don't see it right now, thinking of holding out for a couple more years and see if I can snag something up if we have another housing crash.

I have had those thoughts, with covid coming back hot and heavy maybe they will let these people free roll forever.

I would imagine most evictions will be renters. Not owners.

I think the real estate markets have slowed down a bit in many areas. But still plenty of buyers out there right now to keep things strong for the time being.
